We will not sign or agree to any exclusivity. We require our ability to work with several brands, maintain creative control and state our own opinions.

If you order the content package, your product will not be guaranteed to be featured in a YouTube video.
However, we regularly feature product that we have on hand in our YouTube videos, and may integrate your product in the future.

If you place an order and we do not see a good fit, we will refund your order or provide you with an option to downgrade to another package.
Any product shipped to our studio will not be returned unless otherwise agreed upon via email.
